Flowers in my garden 🌷
This evening I went to a restorative yoga class. I am rather tired after my daughter tossed and turned whilst she co-slept last night.
Restorative yoga involves holding gentle poses with lots of props to support the body. Most of it is done sitting or lying down.
Unfortunately there was an elderly lady with a bad cold next to me who snored loudly throughout the class. Falling asleep is part of the class for some 😴
