My best friend fell rappelling this morning and broke himself. Shattered a lumbar vertebrae and surgery went well. He has other broken bones and is in the hospital in Spokane. I can viscerally feel the feeling of the fall and the sudden awareness of "OH FUCK!" #climbing #fuck
