The boys have both been car sick since a year old so we are kind of used to it by now. Crack a window and breath through the mouth not nose, find place to pull over to empty cups/bucket, and away we go. We have found they do well with dramamine with enough lead time but sometimes we forget until driving and this time it was just straight curves.
