The bass beat and my heartbeat fell into sync.
Energy coursed through my veins forcing movement.
Substantial experience bypassed the brain’s check-valves
Allowing truth to shine bright, forever changing the core.
Movement upon movement propagated by energetic explosions
Like a popping balloon reality crashed in and the DJ was done.
@gonzo has a Fifty Word Contest ongoing that I find quite fun and a bit challenging. This week though I had a bit of an easy time with my first submission for the "PARTY" topic . Experiential stories are always the easiest and this was just such a story. You can tell because they flow out of you easily and succinctly.
