Great infographic Janelle, I do want to add one thing in relation to it though, most people either are not consciously aware of their why, or are not honest to themselves when asked about it.
To really know your why, or rather why's, you need to dig deep into your past, and actually take an honest look into what you have been able to be consistent with and why you where.
That is where you will find your motivation behind it, why you kept on going even when times got tough, and then you can adjust what you focus on for the future so that it comes in line with your why.
It all starts with your why, if you don't have it you will quit, if you have a strong why nothing will make you stop.
