Hi there and welcome to my vlog, my name is Erik Gustafsson and I go by the handle @flaxz.

#AliveAndThriving: Ideas For Curation Project And Tribe Team On @aliveandthriving

So here I want to share my ideas about how we as a tribe can create a community driven curation project for #AliveAndThriving content in the We Are Alive Tribe using the @aliveandthriving account.

Please note that all of this is ideas at this stage, and also that I want your feedback on these ideas.

Alive And Thriving Team

Now the first thing is to get a team together for this, I can help out with the back end infrastructure of it, but have no time myself to run anything in the front end of things, so the team has to do everything on the front end.

What the team will do is to use the @aliveandthriving account to curate with upvotes good #AliveAndThriving content in the tribe and to make daily curation reports using the Curated Collections feature from PeakD, similar to @thisisawesome, and team members will get beneficiary rewards on those posts.

Team members can either use the account directly to curate with, or we can create a curation bot that uses a comment command similar to our tipping bot to make the upvotes with.

Alive Power & Hive Power

The @aliveandthriving account will get a boost delegation from @aliveprojects according to the terms of that, plus also a delegation from @flaxz.alive, and this will get the Alive Power juiced up.

The @youarealive account will then follow the curation trail of @aliveandthriving to add Hive Power to the upvotes, and we need a lot of HP on that account to cover the massive needs for Resource Credits that we have for both the tipping bot and the daily payouts of staking rewards.

To reward delegations of HP to @youarealive the idea is that a 100 HP delegation will boost the level of tips that an account can deliver with the tipping bot.

In addition to that we will also use the income on @aliveandthriving to buy ALIVE tokens on the market and reward HP delegators to @youarealive with a good part of those tokens, while also staking part of them to grow the Alive Power on @aliveandthriving.

Alive Video Masters

It could also be a good idea to have what @iamraincrystal is doing with the Alive Video Masters into this, both boosting the amount of videos in the tribe, and getting more support for them.
