I had a trouble on Sportstalksocial where i sent for mistake 100 Sports to a not existing account, but this blockchain accepted it, so it is not the same of steemit, because i try to do the same, but in steemit i got error, so where these coins are regulated?

I have no idea but I will do some research for you. Discord may be the best option.
