My Hyumi works in a restaurant and this song has been playing on the radio all December......he's UTTERLY SICK of listening to the supercilious, banged-up, distorted-in-time, fake-feelgood lyrics.....over and over and over.

He first heard the song when he was a teenager in the 80s but only listened to the lyrics later on.

LOL². Barge lived for a while in Egypt - the only country in Africa he's visited. Ok, plenty of sand and arid regions but....the Nile? Ha ha. AND he lived and taught English in the Delta Region for a while - like GREEN every-woofin' direction you look :D
