Last week Saturday, had a mission journey to village, it was really a long journey on motorcycle, my friend and I, made that journey that very day, it was really stressful.
We made that journey to see the work we gave someone to build for a old woman who's house was destroy by rain last year, we took it upon ourselves to help in building a comfortable place for her and her gran children, we were really happy because they have finished the Building and the roofing, it was really a joyful thing to see them rejoicing and has started staying in the house already.
We went and met the head of the community because we gave him the work so he can monitor it himself, and be giving us report on how the project is going, he actually did well for us because he is a humble man, every resources we gave him, he used it for the project, and even went on adding his own money on the project, because it was really a team work, is not that we actually had the resources before we start the project, no, it's was compassion that was driving us to help the window.
By the time we got to the house, the woman was rejoicing, she said that people were looking down on her because she had no better place to lay her head, but today she knows that God have remember her and have put all her enemy to shame, she was so excited together with her three gran children, the village head said he has not seen any thing like this before, though it may be little but it's really put a smile in that old woman.
We are great full to God almighty who made it possible, and to all our partners that supports the work and made it to come to reality.
