It wasn't until I moved away from my hometown and gave myself some space to "be me" that I began to look at myself and life from a more positive angle.
Very powerful words that I can relate to. I took leaves of absent to remove myself from environments that were toxic. Change your mind change your life. Changing your mind may require changing your environment.
