Because you don't like the government of the day you don't feel Canadian and you seek to create a new sovereign state.

I do appreciate you taking the time to exchange some thoughts. I have always understood that I learn most from those different than me. Why I decided to marry a Scottish gal. A protestant from a Loyalist City and a Catholic Acadian from the North. We have been married for over 44 years and we still chuckle of the days when we chatted with a Minister and a Priest before getting married. This doesn't seem realistic to me but then, I didn't think that Trump as President of USA in 2016 was a possibility either. So anything is possible if everyone is busy doing their own thing and not noticing the more obvious problems surrounding us.

You believe you do. Imagine what the world would have been like if no oil came out of the ground. In all seriousness, the First Nation People made it clear that Alberta cannot claim control of natural resources. Like history repeating itself. Another version of colonization.

The other day I watch an interview of Danielle Smith and she was almost crying and saying that Canada does not like Alberta. That makes no sense. Some people are pissed off because small groups are trying to destroy the Canadian multicultural fabric that keeps us strong and free. Not an American. Hard to believe that Alberta could separate and not become more American.

We don't need the east.
