I was really addicted to that game until I lost 70 Steem lol. It may not sound like too much but for my short stack of crypto it was a lot. I must admit it was fun and the adrenaline rush was worth every penny.
I wasn’t gambling like a freak with no clue about what I was doing, I started playing the Martingale strategy, which consists in :
Martingale.
It’s based basically in the progressive betting every time you loose. And keep the initial bet every time you loose. For example: you bet 1 Steem and you win, then in the next round you bet 1 again, but if you loose, the second round you have to bet 2, if you win then back to bet 1, if you loose then bet 4, and so on.
PROS: you need a big stack to play this strategy due to how big the bets could be in a bad strike, but if you do have one, then you can earn some cash very quickly.
CONS: if you have a really bad strike you can end betting really big amounts of money and risk you entire stack just to got back all you have loose.
My problem was my initial stack, I always bet 0.1 to try to not risco everything at once, and also have more chances to recover from a bad strike. It was just matter of time to end up like this, but the lesson is learnt, so... this is how it will continue.
I’ve always been really interested in maths and logic, I love to research and read about those kind of things, so I found the inverse Martingale strategy, which is the next I’ll be trying, and posting my experience.
Thanks for reading, and please leave a comment below if you have some betting experiences with magic dice or any other betting game.
