A few things to keep in mind:

Always listen to @stellabelle and @whatsup
Slightly skew incentives towards minnows, rewards and wealth have a tendency to move towards a select few (pareto principle), but your blockchain is stronger if more decentralized.
Learn from mistakes, do not assume to be always right
