Haha! Yes those are called "chicken butts" and I do not like them, @happydolphin. I don't enjoy the texture of those at all. I have also tried the chicken feet and that is not to my taste either.

Many SE Asians are surprised I like the organ meat so much though. It really helps my health when I eat it frequently.
