We have a 95% kill rate here if you look at @arcange reports. Much better to help those that make it over 45 rep and post frequently than to make big efforts to get more people here so we can kill them.

I think we need to have a lot more people posting here, using the dApps, and succeeding. Those people need to make super-human effort to get to that point and currently do not get much help from the big guys.

The amount of people we get in the door now is more than enough. If we can reduce the kill rate, we will be in a better position to survive long-term.
