I've noticed that when systems like this are brought in, the bias in marginal cases is always to denounce, censor and demonetise. After each marginal case the bar is set slightly higher, meaning that over

So let me see i follow this; the 'real' (outer) reality is some sort of traumatic wasteland and we've all voluntarily plugged ourselves into this subset reality in order to live in a bliss state for a

How will Blockchain solve the privacy issue if the hardware it runs on is created by companies under state (& therefore financial elite) control?

There was an interesting story from WW2; when Churchill made the decision to divert a grain shipment on it's way to Manchester, sending it to a more southerly port in order to feed people who were working

I'd like to work with you against these authorities. Perhaps this is the wrong place to strategise, but, roughly how do you suggest we do it? I figure privacy is important because if they are as powerful

How so?

But are not humans also animals? It would be strange to claim that an animal life is more valuable than a human life, no? Should we intervene when a Pidgeon eats a worm? What about a Kalahari Bushman who

VeganGains fails to understand Peterson's theology: that Christianity is a defacto accumulation of the 'fittest' moral principles throughout human history. One of these moral principles is predation, which

^knowing this I will certainly view it. I was dissuaded from watching it because the OP was vague and the thumbnail on the video showed an unnamed man holding a paper book about economics. I'm glad that

I think this could be a likely factor in the Chinese Central Bank's decision to ban public use of cryptos today. It's interesting that they would have to use their own processors and encryption methods,

It might be possible if we analysed archival footage of public life and used facial recognition software to recognise smiles. With a large enough data set i think we could get a fairly accurate answer.

This isn't really a debate topic as it stands...perhaps we could explore whether it's moral or immoral to eat animals whilst loving them? Also, do you want to argue for or against?

Do you want to take the affirmative or negative?

In response to your question 1; If we had total control over the parameters of this simulacra, why is there still some suffering? Would it not have been eradicated entirely?

Supposing you take the red pill and 'wake up', wouldn't you then exist in a reality where this same simulation hypothesis is possible? Even if you get to meet our programmers, would they be able to prove

Both are real in the sense that mind and body are subsets of the greater 'set of all realities'. However, it may be prudent to ask, which is more real? Goedel's set theory revealed that contradictions
