To start our Easter holiday we visited our best friends' family on Good Friday. Like Christmas, the tradition for Easter dinner is also roast Turkey. It was a big 6-kg Turkey crown, very tender and delicious, served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, roast beetroots, steamed vegetables (I wrote steemed earlier haha) and rich beef gravy source. Perfect family dinner. Kids just loved them.
星期五公共假期，复活节假日模式正式启动，从走亲访友开始。复活节大餐和圣诞节一样，传统上都是烤火鸡。重达6kg的火鸡鸡胸，烤出来里嫩外焦，搭配烤土豆，约克郡布丁，焗甜菜根，蒸蔬菜和浓浓的牛肉酱汁，无比美味。小朋友人手一盘，也吃的津津有味！

最后火鸡肉还剩一半，被我们打包带走，回家小朋友意犹未尽，说晚饭要和中午吃一摸一样的，也是醉了。。。
