The United states in it's wasteful covid-19 relief bill gave $75 million to Palestine. if that wasn't bad enough, Joe Biden gave them another $160 million that Trump had stopped.
Granted it was supposed to be used for humanitarian and economic aid. But certainly an injection of some $235m into your budget even if for restricted purchases, certainly clears up $235m into your budget for other things. In this case Palestine decided to wage a war upon Israel.

What I find interesting in the BBC article is the statement, 'Mr Biden wants to "restore credible engagement" by the Palestinians in long-stalled peace talks with Israel.'
also Blinkon says this according to the bbc, "US foreign assistance for the Palestinian people serves important US interests and values," "It provides critical relief to those in great need, fosters economic development, and supports Israeli-Palestinian understanding, security co-ordination and stability. It also aligns with the values and interests of our allies and partners."
The only credible engagement that Biden was able to produce by giving the Palestinian state all that free money, is all out war. The fighting has gone on since before I can remember, and the only thing the Biden and the democrats are capable of doing is repeated policy failures...since before the US civil war....when we had to free their slaves.
Us republicans citing the GAO tried to apply common sense, but the dems are in full control. According to Middle east monitor Senators Risch and McCaul stated: "A recent Government Accountability Office report rightly calls for increased oversight of Palestinian assistance to ensure compliance with anti-terrorism policies. The Biden administration should use all available leverage to secure behaviour changes from the [Palestinian Authority] PA, including ending terror payments". Doh!
In the middle east monitor and the BBC both mention $10m will be used for USAID. USAID has been responsible for numerous coups, torture, murders, sterilization, and even the governmental agency fronting funding to the Wuhan institute of Technology to research the coronavirus. You may also notice that since Tucker Carson, more public scrutiny is now going to Fauci, Daszak, and ecohealth alliance.
While the US gas stations on the east coast are running out of oil due to a computer hack [cough, probably our own FBI], Palestine managed to attack an Israeli oil pipeline and containment building. So while Biden ended our energy independence for the benefit of the environment...I mean his son Hunter Biden who is in the Fracking business in the Ukraine and involved in Chinese energy and who knows where else....and we are at the mercy of foreign powers to supply us our energy at inflated prices due to policy driven reduced supply, just enjoy I dunno, $10/gallon gas.
