England's biggest problem may not be these foreigners, but your own police departments that have replaced the militias that were supposed to be in place since 1161; Can't even legally have a pocket knife in London-what a sad and defeated people. If the militias still had standing, I don't think that there would be an invasion that has been reported in many parts, and I do think the foreigners who would come to England would better respect the laws.
Also I think having colonies and labour camps would further deter many more crimes. Labour camps, instead of prison, would likely also reduce the islamification going on in the gaol/prisons.
Maybe you could talk some sense into Boris Johnson and the parliament to allow/require every natural born English citizen of military age to own and carry a gun.
