People may not like doxxing, but gathering such information [and publishing it] is part of litigation. Since you can now identify him, it is just a matter of being able to serve him. There are private online records that can be obtained to get his real address-just note you may have to request records before 5-23-2020 since he is scrubbing the web of info.

Although given the products in his shopping cart-it might have been a dead giveaway to know what country he was in. Tesco food label, marmite, other private store brand fruit, etc.

I would really support removing the votes from the known jestyy accounts like block-power and bullionstackers. If the bobbies do their job, he'll be in gaol soon anyways.
