We have God given rights, but we been placated into effectively begging that they be respected. The only power government has is force; it cannot create rights-but it uses force to deter said rights. We fight strangers [sometimes kids paid $20 to toss a grenade] overseas "in the name of our freedom" for about 20k/year and the bennies, but when it comes to tyrants in America we only use words to respond to our state/municipal controlled murderers, thieves, and kidnappers. Hence the illusion that we have no rights because we effectively bring a pen to a gun fight and are easily crushed in the process.

We are at a point, where prototypes exists and have been employed on various speakers, where if new markets do not emerge then our captivity is complete through digital coercion on the markets. Perhaps People like Loomer and Milo weren't the original prototypes, but ordinary men and fathers who could easily be crushed in the family courts and whose voices have been ignored for nearly 30 years. But they [Milo and Loomer] would be prototypes for the upcoming centralized database/blockchain social controls made for all of us.
