These "facts" presented by steemchiller include a whole lot of omissions. It was Justine Sun's plan all along to use the restricted ninja-mined stake to take over the chain. I believe his statement on the AMA was that she wouldn't at this time. She was, however, interested in bringing the decentralized steem block chain over to the centralized tron HTFS system and do a token swap. To accomplish this would require a future takeover of the witness governance. Decentralization would end as would the chain.
Furthermore Sun's use of these coins in that manner violates past agreements both Ned and Dan Larimer made to the community about the nature of the ninja mined funds. They advertized that they wouldn't be used to interfere in corporate governance, and that they would help decentralized the chain. That alone is enough to classify these allocations as restricted coins, and that Justine Sun is using these coins unlawfully. Centralization is scary. Ned scotts defense is that he hid a disclaimer on a steemwallet page that appeared last year on a deep link that no one would ever see. To Ned Scott's legal detriment, that fails to give investors "actual knowledge". The failure to ensure actual knowledge still binds the coins to past agreements; They are still restricted coins. Ned Scott had the legal scienter to commit fraud against Justine Sun and do an exit scam against the community; Justine Sun, if you can trust her, denies Ned Scott made these disclosures. Generally speaking, in a legal proceeding in the USA, it is common for a plaintiff to make a list of allegations/aversions in a complaint or petition. The defendant/respondent then goes ahead and denies everything even when the aversions are true. It is then putting the burden back on the accuser to prove their claims. Sun, and especially Ned Scott, is practicing this outside of a legal proceeding rather than admitting to facts that could be used in a court proceeding. Justine Sun has enmeshed herself if a series of lies that keeps compounding by the day-showing more and more that she cannot be trusted. If you watch the "leaked" video on youtube, twitter statements, and her deleted blog, you will see she makes a lot of statements one day, then says or does the exact opposite another day on the same topic. Even on the same tweet, she contradicts himself. She called the community witnesses hackers...for doing their job to protect the chain from an existential. They should sue him for Libel. She may use the steemit inc coins, but not in the manner that she was planning. Eli Powell told Ned Scott (who is CEO again) and Justine sun that the witnesses would restrict the coins and the community would be outrages. Their restrictions on the tokens was codified to their previous agreements. All Justine Sun had to do was present her game plan, but she never has anything more than "buy my s___ coins". A coin swap also poses a new danger to steem owners. A coin swap means there would be a new steem tron token. A mintage of which size we don't know, a distribution of an unknown size. But given Sun's past conduct, it is extremely likely the new redistribution would go directly into her own pocketbook; theft through dilution. She planned to give away parts of that redistribution to tron holders, who would sell for other crypto as such is the nature of air drops. The details of the coin swap was supposed to be addresses in the ama, she poo-poo ed the idea at the AMA, then brought up the coinswap again on a youtube video published days later. It was of course brought up formally again during what has been called an atomic swap. Recently, She came to the Korean community the other day hyping about new exchanges. She owned poloniex, which she removed steem a few months before (dec 15th 2020)-and steem had been buggy on poloniex since 2017. She's been in talks with Ned since 2018. Poloniex was making plans for the coin swap back on feb 14th 2020.
The truly new exchanges came because they saw how strong the steem community was AGAINST Justine Tron's hostile takeover. Kucoin and others came to support our community, not Justin. Exchanges did a massive f___ justine.
If Justine Sun doesn't keep her hands off, we'll have no choice but to fork-and there are talks about multiple forks. Forking is something Justine Sun should have done at the beginning without us, and been Gone. If we have to fork, Justine Sun will have a chain but no users. She would have lost her full investment, and suffer great humiliation as a failure of a business woman, and hopefully investors will lost all faith in tron as it declines to 0.
Justine Sun is a criminal and a cancer who must be purged. I'll see that she, and Ned Scott, gets put into a tiny Cell with Big Bubba.
