cheetah is a bot. the author, @anyx , hides out on the steem.chat page. It doesn't really care what people reply to it.

It's may be possible to contact them to know whats going on. Cheetah gave you an upvote for now, but cheetah/steemitcleaners can be evil if it keeps suspecting plagiarism.
