Earlier today, I made this wildlife drawing of two lions ( a lion and a lioness) close to each and looking intimate. The drawing depicts the male lion resting his head on the head of the female as the she looks out into the wild. This drawing shows the presence of love and affection amongst wild animals.
I used a black ball point pen and pelican paper for this drawing and here are my steps;
Firstly, I drew the outline sketch of both lions and added their facial features.
Afterwards, I began shading and adding details of fur to the lion's face and mane.
To complete the drawing, I shaded and added fur details to the lioness's skin.
