I feel so relieved after making this pen drawing of a wildlife scene I've had in mind for pretty long time.
This drawing depicts a lion and a lioness having what I can only conclude to be an argument or a misunderstanding...lol. Yea, it happenes with them too.
This drawing has been the most challending and tedious pen drawing I've made so far forbsome obvious reasons.
One reason is that there are two freaking lions involved and secondly, the facial expressions of boths lions.
I actually tried this about some weeks back and didnt get the results I expected, so i just dumped it..lol.
So I gave it a try again today and was pretty blown by the results this time.
Allow me to take you through the journey of how I made this drawing.
I used a black ball point pen and a pelican paperfor this drawing.
Here are the steps involved;
First, I drew the outline of the lioness first and added her facial features.
Then I drew the outline of the lion's face too.
I began shading and adding fur details to the lioness
Finally, I completed the drawing by shading and adding details to the lion.
I'm glad I could finally draw this awesome scene and I hope you like it.
