I'd like to share my last piece of wildlife art for the day which is a pen drawing of a Rose Ringed Parakeet in flight. This bird is an averaged sizer parrot found in Africa and South Asia. They are considered as an exotic birds and can be wonderful pets.
I made this drawing using a ball point pen and pelican paper.
Here are my steps;
Firstly, I drew an outline of the bird stretching out it's feathers. I also included all his facial features in this stage.
Next, I shaded the dark parts of his face and feathers.
To completed the drawing, I shaded and added tones as well as details of feather to it's body for a more realistic drawing.
