I'd like to share this wildlife drawing I made depicting a mother Swan and her cygnets using ink medium.
The drawing shows how caring and supportive the mother swan is as she carries her young ones(cygnets) on her back while she swims away.
I used a black ball point pen and pelican paper for this drawing.
Here are my steps;
First, I drew an outline sketch of the swan and her young ones on her back. I also added their favial features in this stage.
Next, I shade the dark areas on their body and added details of feather to their skin
Finally, I drew the river the swan was swimming in.
