Hello Everyone.
To start off my day, I made this pen drawing of a cat as my entry for yesterdays daily drawing challenge of a cat. I used both scribbling shading technique and hatching for this drawing. This breed of cats are perceived as luxurious breeds and are loved for their hyperactivity and fur.
I used a black ball point pen and pelican paper for this drawing.
Here are the steps involved;
First, I drew the outline of the cat's face and added its facial features. I also began adding fur details to its face at this stage.
I continued adding fur details to the cat's skin.
Finally, I kept building the fur texture till I got a satisfactory result and used the scribbling shading technique for an artistic appearance.
