I ended up in Silver 2 again, just like last season and I'm ok with that. There is just too much chaos in the last few hours of a season for me to worry about battling. Plus the rewards for winning are so much smaller.
My win rate this season was 1.37 which is the highest I can remember it ever being at the end of a season. I also tried one tournament and went 13-5 which isn't bad but I didn't win any DEC.

Valnamor did an excellent job as my go to summoner again this season. He is worth his weight in DEC if you ask me. Lyanna Natura also had a great season winning 75% of all her matches.

My top performing monsters in the arena were all from the Water splinter thanks to the boost Valnamor gives everyone. Ruler of the Seas was the big winner at 92% and Sea Genie was a close second at 87% and Spineback Turtle at 85%. The big surprise was Pirate archer with a 100% win rate in 9 battles.

I did pretty well with most rulesets, but really excelled in Unprotected. I'm not sure why that is since my mostly magic attacks with water splinter would have bypassed any armor anyway. Target Practice was my worst ruleset. I don;t know why Sniping would be bad for my Water splinter monsters, but the numbers don't lie.

My rewards in card form were pretty dismal. No gold foil, no legendary and no epic cards. I did get several potions to use with the soon to be released Chaos Legion. I also won more DEC this season than last. 1333 DEC from Reward Chests and 1524 DEC from ranked play wins for a total of 2854 DEC. Last season it was a total of only 2631 DEC.

My little stack of SPS keeps growing and growing. I hope I have enough staked to qualify for the Chaos Legion presale. I want to get a few packs early and see if I can be lucky and flip a legendary card or two.
I'm pretty happy with the last season and can't wait to see how some of these new changes they announced will work out.
