The Hive ecosystem is a place of many opportunities. Literally, if someone invests some time here and learns the ropes i bet that he/she can find the ideal way to earn an extra income. If you think about it that's simply magnificent, it's not easy to find a place where different opportunities exist.
Let me give you some examples. If you like creating content you can simply make some posts or videos and based on your content and its quality people will upvote it and ofc you will earn some sweet dollars for it. If you are bored doing that you can simply comment on posts you like and some people reward meaningful comments with upvotes.
If you think about it this is quite huge. I see people commenting all day long on Facebook, Twitter and other social media, basically wasting their time. Here by doing the exact same thing you can earn money. I remember one time i even earned 2 dollars for a simple comment!
Now aside that, if you want to make no effort whatsoever you can invest some money into Hive or HBD. You can then stake your Hive and earn a yearly APR of around 3%. Not only that but you can delegate your Hive and receive weekly rewards in the form of Hive or other tokens. If you have some HBD simply stake them and earn 20% APR yearly, which is huge if you ask me.
Even if you don't like any of these options you can even play games and earn some Hive rewards or Nft which you can sell fo Hive! As i said the opportunities are endless and it can satisfy every type of investor if you ask me. We just need to attract more people and more Dapp creators.
Now regarding my plan, even though i try to make some posts and comments which i quite like doing, i don't usually have the time for that. Instead, i decided to maintain some form of activity in regard to that but at the same time, i tried to stake some HBD an Hive as well.
Currently, i have around 7300 Hive with a goal to reach 10000. The amount that i have gathered is through posting, commenting and curating alone, no money from my pocket was invested for that which is quite something in my eyes. 10k is the next milestone for me which can prove a decent amount if Hive's price increases.
The next huge milestone is to increase my HBD to 1200$. Currently, i have 840$ so slowly but steadily i am getting there. Doing the math i earn 168$ per year or 14$ per month. It's not that much alone but 14$ in my eyes out of nowhere and without doing anything is something. I can buy a whole chicken for example to eat! When i reach 1200$, that will mean 20$ per month. The more the better i would say but still i have a long way to go.
To give you an example, to earn quite a decent amount enough to even survive without working i have to gather 60000 HBD which will give me 1000$ per month. Even that amount isn't enough for example if you live in a big city and have to pay rent and stuff. If at the same time i work though and i can live way better. Still, this goal is unreachable in my realistic eyes, so let's head to 1200$ first!
In any case, i am still here and will be and i hop that more people realize the potential that Hive has and why it should be in top 10-20 cryptos out there. It has something real to offer which is already offering and helping people have a better life.
