The APR is the last of our problems here. The DHF is the number 1 and the people who are taking advantage of Hive, through that as well. We decreased the APR from 20 to 15 and literally nothing happened,

The difference is the money factor. The way Hive is built hp has value and power. if i hold a lot of HP means i can do whatever i want and a lot of times at the expense of other people and Hive's ecosystem.
