Mis propósitos para el 2023

En mi vida nunca le he dado demasiada importancia a las festividades en general, aunque esto no quiere decir que no me gusten, creo que lo que en realidad no me gusta es la pulsión del consumismo sin propósito, eso de gastar por gastar. Pero eso no es lo que vengo a contarles, sino que gracias a la invitación que me hizo mi nueva amiga @mandysmoon a participar en esta iniciativa y contarles mis propósitos para este nuevo año.

Confieso que no lo había pensado hasta que leí su publicación y que me haya invitado es perfecto porque de ese modo plasmaré por escrito mis propósitos para el 2023.

Cómo ejercicio de enfoque a grandes rasgos me parece un recurso valioso, porque además de proyectar el nuevo año, plasmarlo por escrito es poder tener acceso a lo que he proyectado e intentar ser coherente en el transcurso del año, y de hecho, creo que ese fue mi error este año, me propuse algunas cosas, y aunque unas las cumplí otras no, pero, sé que no fue porque no pude sino por falta de enfoque y determinación, cosas que espero poder trabajar este año.

Así que sin más preámbulo, mis propósitos para el 2023 son:

• NO POSTERGAR TANTO

• ACUMULAR MÁS HP

• LOGRAR UNA ENTRADA ESTABLE DE DINERO

• VIAJAR

• APRENDER MÁS SOBRE FINANZAS Y NEGOCIOS

• APRENDER MÄS SOBRE HIVE

• DEDICAR MÁS ENERGÍAS A MIS PROYECTOS EN HIVE

Ahora bien, quiero comentar un poco cada uno de estos propósitos. El primero ha sido “NO POSTERGAR TANTO”...
Creo que tengo un doctorado en postergación y eso me tiene bastante conflictuado aunque he mejorado en el aspecto de que he adoptado herramientas para trabajar en ello, de hecho cada día apuntó las cosas que debo hacer cada día y aunque a veces funciona otras no. Siento que no me enfoco en lo realmente importante y empiezo a divagar y me hace pensar que la vida que llevo es un reflejo de mi cotidianidad. Por ello deseo enfocarme aún más en lo que hago tanto a grandes rasgos como a pequeños rasgos.

Mi segundo propósito tiene que ver con Hive, ya que concentraré recursos a la medida de lo posible en aumentar mi HP, este año no ha sido el mejor en este aspecto porque he tenido que realizar algunos powerdown y aunque no no siento culpable, no es lo que deseo hacer con mis HIVES y es por ello que este propósito está estrechamente vinculado al siguiente que es “LOGRAR UNA ENTRADA ESTABLE DE DINERO”, trabajar como freelancer no está nada mal, pero no siempre puedes lograr tener la misma entrada de dinero y exige mucha organización financiera, Para este año proyecto crecer financieramente y lograr una entrada estable.

Deseo “VIAJAR” en familia, este año he viajado pero por cuestiones de trabajo y negocios, por ejemplo, el viaje que tuve a Caracas en el mes de noviembre, donde se llevó a cabo el evento cripto más grande del país (Caracas Blockchain Week) y tuve la dicha de formar parte del stand de HIVE, pero, deseo poder hacer un viaje de vacaciones con mi familia.

Otro de mis propósitos es “APRENDER MÁS SOBRE FINANZAS Y NEGOCIOS” ya que es una de las cosas que siento que no soy muy hábil, y si algo he afianzado este año en Hive a sido la idea de saber que Hive es nuestra empresa, y es de las pocas o quizá la única startup con un enorme potencial de poder construir nuevos modelos de negocios, aplicaciones descentralizadas que puedan verdaderamente promover una innovación a la sociedad contemporánea. Es por ello que otro de mis propósitos para este 2023 es APRENDER MUCHO MÁS SOBRE HIVE.

Esté 2022 representó un año increíble para mí en Hive, porque dediqué mucho a aprender muchas cosas de la blockchain, pero como amante del conocimiento, cada vez que aprendes algo sabes bien que hay más por aprender. De modo que tengo todavía mucho que aprender.

Y por último otra cosa que me he propuesto para este año es dedicarle mucha más energía y dedicación a mis proyectos dentro de Hive. Soy cofundador de la comunidad Humanitas que está muy próxima a cumplir años, también recientemente he fundado una comunidad llamada HiveBar, también apoyo con moderación en la Comunidad Venezuela. También junto a otros hivers he trabajado en la construcción de HiveBarquisimeto.

Aunque otras cosas que tengo en mente, estas son en las que pretendo trabajar con más determinación, ahora bien, antes de despedirme quiero invitar a mis amigos @bertrayo y @rlathulerie a participar en esta iniciativa.

My resolutions for 2023

So without further ado, my resolutions for 2023 are:

• NOT PROCRASTINATE SO MUCH

• ACCUMULATE MORE HP

• ACHIEVE A STEADY INCOME

• TRAVEL

• LEARN MORE ABOUT FINANCE AND BUSINESS

• LEARN MORE ABOUT HIVE

• DEVOTE MORE ENERGY TO MY PROJECTS IN HIVE

Now, I want to comment a little about each of these resolutions. The first one has been "NOT TO POSTPONADE SO MUCH....
I think I have a PhD in procrastination and that has me quite conflicted although I have improved in the aspect that I have adopted tools to work on it, in fact every day I write down the things I have to do every day and although sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I feel that I don't focus on what I need to do. I feel that I do not focus on what is really important and I start to wander and it makes me think that the life I lead is a reflection of my daily life. So I want to focus even more on what I do in both big ways and small ways.

My second resolution has to do with Hive, as I will concentrate resources as much as possible on increasing my HP, this year has not been the best in this aspect because I have had to do some powerdowns and although I do not feel guilty, it is not what I want to do with my HIVES and that is why this purpose is closely linked to the next one which is "TO ACHIEVE A STABLE INCOME OF MONEY ", working as a freelancer is not bad, but you can not always achieve to have the same income of money and requires a lot of financial organization, For this year I project to grow financially and achieve a stable income.

I wish to "TRAVEL " as a family, this year I have traveled but for work and business reasons, for example, the trip I had to Caracas in the month of November, where the biggest crypto event in the country took place (Caracas Blockchain Week) and I had the joy of being part of the HIVE booth, but, I wish I could take a vacation trip with my family.

Another of my resolutions is "LEARN MORE ABOUT FINANCE AND BUSINESS " since it is one of the things that I feel I am not very skilled, and if something I have strengthened this year in Hive is the idea of knowing that Hive is our company, and it is one of the few or perhaps the only startup with a huge potential to build new business models, decentralized applications that can truly promote innovation to contemporary society. That is why another of my resolutions for this 2023 is to ** LEARN A LOT MORE ABOUT HIVE**.

This 2022 represented an amazing year for me at Hive, because I dedicated a lot to learn many things about blockchain, but as a knowledge lover, every time you learn something you know well that there is more to learn. So I still have a lot to learn.

And finally another thing I have set myself for this year is to devote much more energy and dedication to my projects within Hive. I am co-founder of the Humanitas community, which is about to celebrate its birthday, I have also recently founded a community called HiveBar, I also support with moderation in the Venezuela Community. Also together with other hivers I have worked in the construction of HiveBarquisimeto.

Although other things I have in mind, these are the ones I intend to work on with more determination, now, before I say goodbye I want to invite my friends @bertrayo and @rlathulerie to participate in this initiative.
