You probably won't believe me, but I met this guy on the way home, he walking around the neighborhood without a collar or anything.
At first, I couldn't believe my eyes: why would anyone in their mind let a cat like this wander dangerous city streets...
A very ballsy move.
Would you let him take a walk like that?
