OroCRM is a modern and flexible open source system that facilitates the relationship with customers. It allows you to control your client relationships through a single, easy and intuitive location. The strengths of this product are many:
- It guarantees an easy and immediate synchronization of customers and their profiles. This means that we don’t have to handle the problem of data duplication and their consequent complex management.
- The product is completely open source.
- OroCRM facilitates all stages of the sale, leading and facilitating you at every moment of the sale, making sure that the marketing and sales targets are maintained in the most profitable possible way for the user.
- It allows numerous possibilities of analysis, one of the most interesting features is the "magento” function, an important extension of the shopping cart that will limit the abandonment of the customers without having purchased.
- In addition, OroCRM has an excellent and convenient dashboard that increases understanding.
All these points, and other motivations have given me the impulse to translate this project. I also strongly believe in the values of mutual aid, and in the concept of open source.

My role as a translator remains unchanged and consists in translating in the most appropriate way possible. In this specific case I have to translate computer strings. The translation is from my Italian native language into English language. Symbols and special characters are not considered in the count.
This is my last post for the OroCRM project.
I am very happy that I had the opportunity to translate this kind of project. Even if I initially faced some difficulties because of the IT skills needed for this project, I acquired more and more dexterity in both strings and how to manage so many out of context words.
I am happy because I increased my skills and I am grateful for the opportunity that was given to me.
Talking about my usual work, I would like to make a premise that can help to better understand my work: the OroCRM project was launched to simplify the activity of selling and the purchases for both buyers and sellers.
In these 400 words I dealt with three main topics: the Zendesk mode (one of the principal ones together with the Magento mode), strings related to tickets (often combined with the Zendesk mode) and sentences regarding campaigns.
Below I propose some significant strings that help to better understand the work that I have done translating these 400 words:
a.)
A Zendesk user who initiated a Zendesk ticket creation. A submitter can be the same person as a requestor if the latter creates a ticket perosnally.
b.)
The integration via which information about a Zendesk ticket comment is received.
c.)
The label of a Zendesk ticket priority ('Urgent,' 'High,' 'Normal,' or 'Low').# Languages
a.)
An Oro contact that is associated with a Zendesk user. Related contact appears when the ticket is submitted to Zendesk from a customer side.
b.)
A Zendesk ticket status.
c.)
The phase of work on a Zendesk ticket.
a.)
Replies - view the replies received as a result of your campaign is stored in the reports section (note that these are also forwarded to an address of your choice if you have this configured).
b.)
See statistics collected from dotmailer for a campaign
c.)
Campaign Code History
