Oro CRM is one of the most flexible Open-Source Customer Relationship Management Software. The possibilities of this product are many and they adapt to all needs, both for a single channel and the needs of a multiple channel focused on B2B and on B2C. One of the strong points of this product is its being totally open source, moreover, it offers great flexibility in the workflow.
CRM allows you to increase productivity and sales, as well as optimizing conversions. It goes well with various types of customers who may find this product useful, including: sales teams, managers, marketing groups and customer support departments. I can say that all these reasons are largely sufficient to push me to translate this project.

This is my first post about the OroCRM project; it is a task slightly different from what was previously assigned to me, so I am happy to try this new translation which is based more on computer strings than the previous ones that were more discursive. It is always a great incentive to try new experiences that are particularly interesting and formative for me. I also remember the importance of the concept of open source and community values. My role as a translator remains unchanged and consists of translating from English into Italian. in these thousand words we have found numerous words to attribute a meaning according to the context, we have faced several times terms related to sales, purchases and customers, concerning the statuses of the dashboard and information on shipments and customer details as surnames, billing and shipping details and many other useful words for the project and its translation.
