Yeah, it's good to have a basic understanding of how this works from posts and articles.
But being in the wilderness sucks If you don't have the proper supplies. It's hard anyway because you're sleeping on the ground, so your back hurts. Your biological clock is off at first because of the changing environment. You are more hyper aware because you want to make sure nothing comes around and eats you, stings you, or bites you in the night…so you get less sleep.
I prefer to be in a house, in a comfortable bed, air conditioning, dry air, and no other living organisms except for myself, lol.
But getting outside makes you appreciate being inside.
