This video was taken in the ShiDeng 石 磴 China at night and gives the dance a special atmosphere. The whipping sound you can here is when someone jumps and stamps the feet. Since everybody is holding hands it pulls the circle into one direction and a playful way to tease. Funny story why you can hear me refusing to dance in the video. Before I danced with the people. Since its a place where people aren´t used to foreigners every one started to run away from me breaking up the circle. Usually I´m not bothered by this behavior, just at that day I wasn´t happy about it. In the end I had time to take this video and let the people built up their dance without me disturbing it.
