He is not a victim of censorship. In the UK we have very strict laws surrounding the reporting of court cases. More specifically, the media is not allowed to report on a court case until it has been concluded. This is done to protect the victims' privacy but also not to contaminate the jury and cause a mistrial. Tommy was outing the identities of victims and jurors on facebook live and encouraged his viewers to engage in vigilante justice.
His actions could have directly caused these pedophiles to go free due to a mistrial. Luckily this crisis was averted and they were sentenced to prison. But Tommy's actions could have easily set them free. For someone claiming to be fighting these pedophiles, no one has done more to help them than he has.

We have laws in the UK and he ignored them. That is why he is going to prison.

The only people that are complaining about his sentence are people who do not understand the free speech laws of the UK.
