The promo sticker packs were given away as a free promo to participants of NFTOPIA3, thus they were never for sale. The template was locked after the event ended, meaning the amount of packs claimed + the amount of packs given away totaled at 216. Given each sticker pack only contains 1x sticker, the amount of stickers in existence are already quite limited. Secondary market link
These mysterious shards are a guaranteed drop in the Genesis Packs, but in Anomaly Packs their drop rate are quite low. Collectors can blend 2x Shards for an Anomaly Pack. But before you burn them all for packs, keep in mind that they're also required in various blend upgrades.
