I was thinking about that as well. It sais that if:

If we don’t receive it by the deadline, trading and withdrawals will be paused until you complete it.

But at the moment I am not sure when I will be able to use binance either way due to that european license nonsense. So even if Paymonade is connected to Binance and I will not be able to use binance that doesn't change anything.
