Some of my favorite books include Berserk, Lord of the rings, Witcher, Song of Ice and Fire. I guess I just love fantasy. But I also love things like Captain Blood(awesome book about a doctor who became pirate), Count of monte cristo and stainless steel rat books. I only read physical books. But I hate that some books have soft cover and can be damaged quite easily. I read a few stainless steel rat books so many times that pages started falling off. That is one of the main reasons why I have not bought Monster(one of the best thrillers/detectives) manga despite loving the anime- it only has edition with soft covers. The other reason is that all 9 volumes would cost a few hundred eur.
