Yes I think that we have to keep the star player. Not only he is awesome but keeping key players separates solid/ great teams from the average/below average teams. I believe that my favorite team has grown enough that it can offer Sylvain Francisco a contract comparable to what he would get from top teams + the leader/ face of the team role that he may not have in those teams.
