I am posting less and less on facebook. There most of the time I get only a few likes and no comments. Here on Hive my work is actually more appreciated. On facebook I posted my manga covers but have not posted a single page. I doubt that people on facebook would understand how much effort and time it takes to make manga or comic. But for me it seems like probably my most challenging project yet. So I don't want people to mock or laugh at it.
Over a time I made the standards of both what I want to create and what I want to curate higher. Now I no longer upvote ,,nice post'' comments or people who just share my content. Also I stopped shitposting. Today I have no content prepared for Hive(was working on my second manga that I don't intend on posting on Hive for now) so I am not gonna post anything.
I think that we don't need to lower the standards. They seem to be quite elementary to me- don't do scam, don't plagiarize, make effort...
