Count down to my life journey captured in the book;
‘The stone the builder rejected'

A lot of people are afraid to share their story forgetting it may just help someone else to come to terms with the lessons needed to lead a fulfilling life. It’s especially important for those people who feel they are alone in their experiences, and are afraid to express what they are going through for fear of criticism and retribution. It can be a very frightening experience I admit, to feel like you’re going insane, to be alone in isolation, confused and abandoned by those we love. Nobody wants that, right?
Some people are fortunate to have a support network to turn to in their time of need.
What if you don’t have that help and support?
Are you going to feel like a victim and lie down and die, or are you going to fight and take back control of your life? Both options will include various levels of emotional turmoil, but to get through it you’ll need a high degree of emotional intelligence. An intelligence to know when to fight and not to give up, and when to let go of the people and situations holding you captive to a set of circumstances that which dictates or destroys our sense of wellbeing.
Does this sound familiar?
If it does, stay tuned for upcoming excerpts from my book. I'd like to thank you for coming over, take a seat and I will be with you shortly...
