It's not because you pay tithes that you received blessings, God blesses everyone based on the efforts they put at work. Even people who are not Christian are equally blessed by God financially.

Tithing has no place in the new testament, but voluntary giving is what the believers of the gospel of Christ Jesus are encouraged to practice.
