This happened some days ago, when some friends and i were doing demon helmet quest. i asked them if they would like to do annihilator (considering i was a fresh lvl 100 Royal Paladin), they said "hell no" at first, but mins after finishing DHQ they asked themselves "Why not?" and there we go... Our friend Rockmonstor (Elder Druid lvl 126) died trying to heal himself with Exura Gran once his mana ran out.
