Just testing my ipfs+ffmpeg encoder to capture videos from Hive to encode them.

If my script detects a custom json with the ID ht_encode, it will open it and get the CID from {"cid":"<cid here>"}, download, encode in both HLS and MP4 and broadcast another JSON with the resulting CID.
