Today in "Fun with IPFS" I made a Powershell script to transform MP4, AVI and H.265 encoded MKVs with subtitles into fully-compatible HLS stream files fro browsers with 4 resolutions(1080p, 720p, 480p and 240p).

Unfortunately subtitles get out of sync every time.
