It's an idea to decrease the amount of missing blocks from inactive witnesses who did not suspend their witness's profile, allowing the lower witnesses to have a few more assignments.

If a witness is missing too many blocks in sequence it would put that witness temporarily in a lower and lower position until such witness is able to produce blocks again.

I would like to do so. But I have no schedule date.

"What is the reason that some features of the original steemworld code are not active in Hivetasks?"

The SDS modules that I couldn't download so I tried to reverse-engineer it.
