For my understanding they made pretty draconian measures against Sun Yuchen's direct and indirect supporters. The German guy behind SteemWorld_{(@steemchiller)} was on of those because he voted for some of Sun Yuchen's minion-witnesses in an attempt to ease tensions among traditional witnesses and Steemit Inc. I understand they were pretty angry about the hostile takeover of a community that supposed to be decentralized, but this is one of the things I strongly disagreed about.

The good news is that they intend to fix it for some of the unfairly targeted in a next Fork, but every one in their black list needs to have some appeal.
